HOTEL COTTAGE POLICIES

For more than two people per cottage, there is an additional per-person charge.

Room rates are subject to 14% gratuity and 12% VAT. Taxes and gratuity are subject to change without notice. 

Minimum stay of three nights; seven-night minimum during Peak Season. A Saturday to Saturday booking is preferred during Peak Season.

Non-refundable 50% of accommodation payment is required at time of booking. 30 days of arrival the remaining balance for your reservation will be automatically charged.

Non-refundable 100% of accommodation payment is required at time of booking if reservation is within 60 days of Peak Season.

Booking cancel within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% on accommodation including taxes. Booking cancel within 60 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% on accommodation including taxes for the Peak season.

Booking cancel within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% on accommodation including taxes. Booking cancel within 60 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% on accommodation including taxes for the Peak season.

Note: The Bahamian Dollar is equivalent to the US Dollar and is accepted as local currency.

The Rental Deposit is refundable as follows ( with the balance (if any) being forfeited to the Hotel); if the reservation is canceled in writing

(i) On or before 60 days prior to check in date; 100% deposit

(ii) On or before 30 days prior to check in date; 50% deposit

(iii) Less than 30 days prior to check in date or if the party does not check in on the check in date; 0% refund

The security deposit will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled at any time prior to check in date.

Upon payment or forfeiture of all or part of the Rental Payment and Security Deposit pursuant to the above shall be cancelled without further or other liability by any party to the other.
