The style of cuisine presented embraces both Bahamian and international flair. The menu consists of the freshest seafood and local produce promising the best flavors Harbour Island has to offer. Daytime dining is relaxed, now emphasizing a diverse new à la carte lunch menu with daily specials. Evening dining features island cuisine set against an exquisite, candle-lit backdrop. Mornings offer a light and healthy continental breakfast along with a complete menu of classic dishes. Beach-side food and beverage service will be available to residents and hotel guests.
