- Rates are per night based on double occupancy plus Continental Breakfast per day.
- Rates for Ocean House are per night based on 4 adults plus Continental Breakfast per day.
- Additional person rate is $80 per day.
- Minimum Stay of 3 nights; 7 nights Christmas, New Years and the month of March.
- Lunch and Dinner available, Additional charges will apply.
- Please contact us for Single Occupancy, Additional Occupancy and Children Rates.
- A Three Night Deposit is required for all reservations.
- A 24% charge will be added to cover all Government Taxes and Gratuities.
- Cancellation Policy requires notice 30 days prior to arrival date. $75 per accommodation will be deducted for cancellations made prior to the 30 days.
- Payment by American Express, Visa and MasterCard preferred.
- All prices above are in U.S. dollars.
- Additional 20% applied to March and December 19 - January 5 rates.
- Closed August 15th - November 15th.
