"Sitting Pretty", the newly acquired owner's home adjacent to Dunmore, is
well known as the most private estate residence on the island. The spacious,
fully staffed and air-conditioned four bedroom home is situated on five
ocean-front acres with stunning views of the Atlantic from nearly every
room. Wonderful decks wrap the house on the ocean side and a path leads
to a private beach.
"Sitting Pretty" may be available for rent on a weekly basis. Daily maid
service is included and the tennis court is available on a priority basis.
Meals at the Dunmore Beach Club are not included, but the home features
a full kitchen. Meals may be available upon request for an additional fee.
